Your role as HR Manager
As HR Manager, you are the driving force behind our personnel policy. You ensure that everything in the HR field runs like clockwork, from recruitment and selection to absence management and personnel development. You work closely with management and employees and are a trusted point of contact within the organization.
Your responsibilities:
✅ Taking care of personnel and payroll administration
✅ Supervising sick leave and career paths
✅ Recruitment and selection of new employees
✅ Drafting employment contracts and handling departures
✅ Developing and managing HR processes and HR tools
✅ Organizing training arrangements and induction programs
✅ Applying terms of employment and advising on HR-related issues
✅ Acting as internal confidential advisor

What do you bring?
✔ Minimum MBO-4/HBO working and thinking level in HRM
✔ 5-10 years of experience in a similar HR function
✔ Passion for and knowledge of SME Manufacturing Industry
✔ Experience with digital HR systems such as Time Moto and Co-Pilot HR
✔ Good communication and administrative skills
✔ A proactive and solution-oriented attitude

📌 Employment: part-time, max. 3 days per week
💰 Salary: €3,000 - €4,000 gross per month (based on 40 hours, experience and education)
