Your role as Account Manager
As a Field Account Manager, you are the face of our company for customers and prospects. You build relationships, identify opportunities and think strategically with our (international) customers. With your commercial flair and online insights, you know how to further grow existing customers and tap into new markets.

Your responsibilities:
✅ Actively manage and grow existing customer relationships.
✅ Generate new leads and convert them into long-term partnerships
✅ Advise clients on our innovative products and applications
✅ Conducting (online) sales calls and negotiations
✅Drawing up and following up offers and contracts
✅ Drawing up offers and contracts
✅Achieving sales targets and identifying market developments
✅ Working together with our customers
✅ Close cooperation with the internal sales team and marketing department
✅ Attend (international) trade shows and customer visits

What do you bring?
✔ Minimum MBO-4/HBO working and thinking level in commerce or a similar direction
✔ 3-5 years experience in a commercial (field sales) position
✔ Affinity with the manufacturing industry and (online) sales processes
✔ Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude
✔ Good command of the Dutch and English language (German is an advantage)
✔ A proactive attitude and result-oriented work
✔ Willingness to travel (internationally) if necessary
